CANCELLATION POLICY                                                                                             For cancellations of less than 5 working days we will charge the full amount for your first night plus £25 for each subsequent day booked.We will endeavour to fill the room but will charge cancellation fee if we are unable to do so. If accommodation is cancelled once you arrive we regret that we will still have to charge you full rate for those days. Check in is between 2pm - 5pm.  Late arrivals only accepted by prior arrangement.
